I guess it’s difficult to pass the ACET because most of the people I know failed. Most of my ADMU batchmates are really smart so there is a standard that you have meet. But of course, as in all schools, there are a few that are not so sharp as well. This means you can hope to pass the ACET even if you’re not at the top of the class.
From what I remember, the most challenging parts of the ACET was math and spatial logical reasoning. You really won’t be able to give a lot of thought per question. So your best bet is to answer everything quickly and decisively, hopefully with correct answers. The best advice is to practice and sharpen your skills on your weakest subjects.
I don’t know if you can appeal if you fail. Maybe it’s not possible unless you can give a large donation to the school or if your family is friends with the right people.
I’m really happy with the education I received from ADMU. They not only train you in technical subjects specific to your course, but they also give youa fairly good education in liberal arts and philosophy. That’s the best part. The teach you how to think and not just what to think and know. If I had a choice, I’d enrol all of my children there. That’s how much faith I have in ADMU. Good luck and I hope you get in!

It really depends upon your educational background. When you apply for ADMU, just make sure that the one signing your recommendation letter sure knows your capability as a student. Last one thing, when you take the ACET, don’t panic or anything…just relax and focus. At least have some review before you take it…ACET deals with the basics and math so focus on those things…

I’m not really sure, but my brother did pass the ACET. if i’m not mistaken, there are some tutoring programs that can help you in preparing for the UPCAT, La Salle Entrance exam and the ACET, just not sure of the name. Also in the application form, there is an essay portion to it, try to write a really good essay for that one as that tells them a lot about you i think. Just study well for the entrance exam ,it is going to be tough because it is a great school. Or if you do get rejected, apply to La Salle, same type of education and also another great school, only now your on the green side!
